The complexity of real estate transactions increases with each passing year with the addition of new regulations, disclosures and local ordinances. The challenges to even veteran buyers and sellers are such that only an experienced, locally knowledgeable and totally committed real estate professional can navigate the maze of bureaucratic requirements; and ensure easy passage from offer to close of escrow for a buyer or a seller.

I have been a full-time real estate agent in Malibu’s largest brokerage since 1997, and have been a resident of Malibu for almost 30 years. I am active in the organizational aspects of California real estate having served as a Statewide Director for CAR, and at the local level, as a Board Member and President of MAR. My professional endeavors and long term commitment to upholding the professional standards of Realtors was honored by my peers, who elected me “Malibu Realtor of the Year” for 2007. In addition to my real estate experience, I am active in Malibu civic activities and community projects. I have been president of the Malibu Chamber of Commerce, chair of the Arts Festival, a member of the Economic Advisory Board for the City of Malibu, Board Member of Pepperdine University Crest Associates, and an officer of the Malibu Woman’s Club.
